Hallo allerseits,

Ich bin seit einiger Zeit dazu übergegangen, meine Formen als sogenannte verlorene Formen aus Hartschaum zu fertigen. Dies hat den meiner Ansicht nach unschätzbaren Vorteil, dass der gefertigte Rumpf in einem Arbeitsgang "Nass in Nass" hergestellt werden kann (muss). Das ergibt ein Bauteil mit maximaler Festigkeit, als Nachteil dieser Methode ist der hohe zeitliche Aufwand beim Laminieren zu nennen. Einige Baustufenfotos folgen in Kürze.

vor allem eignet sich dieses Verfahren hervorragend für echte Einzelstücke. Also Boote, die nicht mehrfach gebaut werden....... und Manni macht das in Vollendung.

Besten Dank, Lob aus berufenem Munde ist das Brot des Künstlers... :lol:

Nur schade, daß die ganze mit viel Mühe produzierte Pracht hinterher gnadenlos wieder rausgerissen wird, übrig bleibt von einem großen Styroporrumpf nur eine ganze Mülltonne voll Hartschaumfetzen...

Naja, ist doch nur Mittel zum Zweck. Aber auf jeden Fall ist die verlorene Form zu empfehlen bei Einzelstücken. Die Kosten für eine extra Form sind nicht unerheblich.

Aber Mannis Arbeit ist wie immer spitze!
