Moin Moin

Ich spiele mit dem Gedanken, in mein U-Boot einen zylindrischen Druckkörper einzubauen.
Zum Verschließen möchte ich einen Bajonettverschluss verwenden.

Weiß jemand, wo man solche Verschlüsse beziehen kann oder wie man diese am Besten herstellt?
Gibt es Alternativen zum Bajonettverschluss?
Die einzige Alternative, die ich kenne ist die vom Robbe Typ VIIC Boot

Hallo Oliver,

ein Bajonettverschluss hat Vor- und Nachteile.

Vorteile:

Einfach zu oeffnen ohne Werkzeug

Nachteile:

Grosser Aufwand bei der Fertigung (Drehmaschine und Fraesmaschine)
Empfindlich gegen Radiale Schlaege
Verringert den effektiven Durchmesser des Druckkoerpers

Ich wollte auch erst einen Bajonettverschluss fuer meine Ohioklasse 1:100 bauen. Mit einem Rohr von 125mm ist das aber (meiner Meinung nach) total unpraktisch weil der geringe Durchmesser noch weiter reduziert wird. Manni gab mir den Tip mit einem Schluessellochbajonett. Dazu braucht es nur einen normalen Verschlussring. Vorne am Technikgeruest ist das Bayonett das innen liegt.

Der Vorteil ist dass man keinerlei Durchmesserreduzierung hat, der Ring an sich stabiler ist und man es nur mit einer Drehbank und Feile hinbekommt.

Moin Oliver,

ich weiß nicht was für ein Maschinenparkt dir zur Verfügung steht.
Mit Fräse und Drehbank stehen die ja viele Möglichkeiten offen.
Mein Vereinskollege und ich haben, um den vollen Durchmesser unseres Druckrohres zu nutzen es wie folgt gelöst.

Prinzipiell muss es nicht unbedingt ein Bajonettverschluss sein. Wichtig für mich ist es, den Druckkörper vorn oder hinten zu öffnen und nicht an der Seite.

Ja, ich hab jemanden mit einer Drehbank an der Hand. Leider funzt seine Fräse noch nicht, da das dazugehörige Programm fehlt :(

Sehe ich das richtig, dass der Druckkörper mit dem Bajonett lediglich geschlossen wird? Oder ist der Verschluss leicht konisch, um den Verschluss auf Spannung zu halten (so dass er sich beim Drehen nicht nur verriegelt, sondern auch noch etwas zusammen zieht)?
