Hallo allerseits,


nachdem mir Ralf Quidde abgeraten hat, den Tank selbst zu laminieren(Besten Dank hier für den Rat!) habe ich lange nach einer Alternative gesucht und bin nach vielem Hin und Her darauf gekommen, mir den Tank aus zwei gedrückten Edelstahlhalbkugeln herzustellen. Hat zwar nicht ganz das gewünschte Volumen, ist aber aus Sicherheits(und Dauerhaftigkeitsgründen) die bessere Alternative.

Die Dinger gibt es standartmäßig in verschiedenen Größen, bei größeren Stückzahlen auch andere Maße möglich. Einfach bei Bedarf mal anfragen.
Schweißen kann die dann jeder gute Schlosser oder wie bei mir...

Hallo Sascha,


ich habe 2 mm starkes Material gewählt, das reicht bei unseren Drücken (ich fahre mit 8 bar) aus. Die Gewinde für die Anschlüsse habe ich vor dem Zusammenschweißen eingeschnitten. Zur Zeit ist der Tank in der Bugnase befestigt, wenn ich mit den Anpassarbeiten fertig bin werde ich Dir mal ein Bild davon schicken.

den braucht man nicht unbedingt "abdrücken". Der ist von geprüften Schweißern bearbeitet und die Wandstärke ist für unsere Drücke mehr als ausreichend bei dieser Form des Tanks....
