Hallo,

hier mal eine kleine Zusammenfassug vom Bau der Beluga in 1:31.

Die Form:

Zuerst musste ein Trennbrett ausgeschnitten werden.


Wegen der Länge mussten es 2 Bretter sein

Nach einer Woche machten wir uns an die Unterseite. Freundlicherweise sprang Sascha ein um mir zu helfen.

Moin zusammen,

sodele, der erste Rumpf ist im Rohbau zusammen. Sieht jetzt doch wirklich schon nach U-Boot aus. Es floss jede Menge Harz beim Ausgiessen der Ringe im Bug und Heckteil. Das Deck wurde ausgeschnitten und schon mal grob angepasst. Jetzt muss der Rumpf noch komplett verschliffen werden. Damit warte ich aber bis ich mit dem zweiten Rumpf soweit bin. Damit die Spaltmaße zwischen den Einzelteilen so klein wie möglich bleiben, habe ich beim Anpassen der Bug- und Heckteile jewils ein 1,5mm Epoxiplatte über die Dichtringe gestüplt und mit dickflüssigem Sekundekleber fixiert. Daran habe ich dann die einzelnen Teile ausgerichte und ebenfalls mit Sekundenkleber fixiert und abgedichtet, damit beim Ausgiessen kein Harz aus Bug und Heck über die Ringe läuft. Gewicht bis jetzt 17,5 Kg. Fange jetzt mit Boot 2 an. :? :evil:

Um die Spaltmaße des ersten Rumpfes zu überprüfen, habe ich die Stellen ganz dünn mit Sprühspachtel behandelt. Für mich absolut OK.

Hi,

da wir noch nicht genau wissen welchen Antrieb wir verwenden hab ich beides mal in 3D konstruiert. Damit ich die Halteplatte des Antriebs nicht doppelt machen muss, wurde sie so konstruiert dass beide Motorvarianten eingebaut werden können. Einzig die Motorplatte muss hergestellt werden, alle anderen Teile können bei jeder Konfiguration übernommen werden.

Konfiguration mit einem Dunker Motor. Die Motorplatte stammt von Egon Knapp (Danke!)

Achtung!

die Platte mit den zwei motoren kann kleine Probleme machen. Die hintere Kugellagerhalterung für die Welle kann u.U. mit den Motoren kollidieren. Hatte meine damals glaube ich mit der Feile nachrbeiten müssen.

Bitte prüfen!
