Hallo allerseits,

bin gerade (unter anderem) dabei, mir zwei BL - Motoren für meine Oscar zu bauen. Diese entstehen als sogenannte Außenläufer. Hier habe ich wegen der Laufruhe und größeren mechanischen Stabilität einen dreifach gelagerten Motor konzipiert. Nach ersten Hochrechnungen dürfte die zu erzielende Leistung ausreichend sein. Natürlich wird man um einiges Rumprobieren nicht herumkommen, aber das ist ja der große Vorteil dieser Bauart. In Kürze werde ich hier einige Bilder posten.

Hallo allerseits,


hier nun ein paar Bilder. Es fehlen noch einige Schrauben - und gewindelöcher, die Magnete sowie die Wicklungen. Der Motor hat einen Statordurchmesser von 43 mm, die Glocke einen von 54 mm. Die Statorhöhe beträgt 12 mm.

für das erste Rumprobieren habe ich einen experimentellen Steller von Nobi Brüggen, den mir freundlicherweise Cord zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Mal sehen, wenn das ganze damit gut funktioniert, kann man das Teil leistungsmäßig aufmotzen. Ansonsten werde ich wohl auf Schulze umsteigen müssen. :evil:

Hi Andreas,

habe mich bei den Kalkulationen nach den Torcman Tabellen und dem Buch von H.Hilgers aus dem Neckar Verlag gerichtet. Die ersten Rechnungen haben für meine Vorgaben eine Drahtstärke von 0,82 mm bei 55 (!) Windungen ergeben. Da das nicht machbar ist habe ich nun die rechnerische Leistung auf ca. 150 Watt pro Motor zurückgenommen und werde die ersten Wicklungen zum Probieren mal mit 0,6 mm Draht machen.

Werde Euch über den Fortgang auf dem laufenden halten.

PS: Hier ist mal kein einziges Teil gefräst, alles noch mit der Hand auf der alten Bank gekurbelt. :lol:

Hast Du den Motor schon gewickelt ??

Ich habe zwischenzeitlich eine CD Motor umgewickelt, war einfacher, als ich dachte. Ich wollte mir vielleicht mal einen Bausatz von Battmann oder causemann zulegen, kennst Du die ??

Nein, die beiden Dinger liegen seitdem unberührt in der Kiste. Habe in der Zwischenzeit am Rumpf weitergemacht, wollte eigentlich bis zur Messe Sinsheim etwas auf den Tischstellen können. Wird aber wohl noch nichts werden.

Wenn es mit den Motoren weitergeht, teile ich es natürlich hier mit.
