nach langer Pause hab ich mal wieder ne Frage.

Wenn ich mir den sitz der Ventile so anschaue begreif ich einfach nicht wie die Luft aus dem Fluttank durch die Ventile nach drausen gelangen soll.
Bei den ganzen Bauberichten hier seh ich das Prinzip einfach nicht, wäre dankbar wenn mich da mal jemand aufklären würde.

das ist eigentlich ganz einfach wenn man es mal gesehen hat. Bei dem Tank auf deinem Bild fehlt noch der Überströmkanal. Dort fließt die Luft hin und dann raus durchs Ventil. Guckst du auf Bild 1 da siehst du erst mal die Position der Ventile am Druckkörper. Auf Bild 2 siehst du den Tank mit dem Ausschnitt für den Kanal. Dort fehlen noch 2 Streifen PVC die den Kanal bilden. Auf Bild 3 siehst du die Ventile selbst. Die blauen L-Verbinder enden in diesem Überstömkanal und oben in den Messingdrehteilen aus Bild 1. Jetzt verstanden? Wenn nicht meld dich, dann such ich noch mehr Bilder oder mach dir schnell ne Skizze.

danke für die Antwort. Ja wenn man die Kanäle einmal gesehen hat wirds klarer, die sind an meinen Tauchtank nur noch nicht drin desegen war die ganze Geschichte für mich unverständlich.

Gut dann ngleich die nächste Frage hinterher .
Wo kommt die Luft zum Lenzen wieder in den Fluttank? An meinem Technikgerüst gehen 2 Luftanschlüsse zum Fluttank, einer in den Kasten für die Ausfahrgeräte. Der wird ja für die Versorgung der AFG sein nehm ich mal schwer an. Der Zweite geht in direkt in den Fluttank nehme mal an der is dann zum Lenzen.

I’ve a little question about the transmission of electric power through the main tank. Most of you have 4 power connections.

I’m surprised about it, why do you need 4?

For my Victoria class project I hesitate between two solutions:

1) Only 2 electric power connections (0 and +12V for the compresseurs). In this case the 24V signal for the valves ( Danfoss valves for the ballast and pneumatics valves) circulate directly in the D-Sub.

2) 3 electric power connections (0, 12 and 24V). In this case the signals for the valves circulate in the D-Sub but they are only control signals. Those signals are controlling relays which switch the 24V power current from the power connections to the valves .

(I'm not sure to have been realy clear. If necessary i can draw a schema.)

On your models, why do you have 4 electric power connection?

If you have 12V and 24V in your boat

1) 0/GND
2) 12V
3) 24V
4) Backup/Reserve

My Valves are with +12 (or 24?, i dont know yet) permanently on the power connections and the 0/GND comes (over the D-Sub)from the MKS switch.

Thank you for your answer Heiko.

Indeed it's a good idea to provide a reserve power connection. It will be impossible to do it when the ballast will be screwed / glued if needful, in case of failure on one of the 3 others or if i choose to modify the system later.
