Hallo, ich habe gerade eine Gussform für ein Kleinteil erstellt. Welchen Hartz verwendet ihr für Kleinteile (z.B. Ruderhalterung)? normalen Harz, Epoxid oder Resin? Gruß Markus

Hallo Markus, Epoxi scheidet aus da es bei der Dicke von Rudern zu heiß wird. Bleibt nur Gießharz. Bei Gießharz darauf achten das du keins nimmst was sehr spröde aushärtet, sonst besteht bruchgefahr der Teile.

Hallo Markus, hallo Sascha, ich habe beim Gießen von Teilen mit Epoxy nur positive Erfahrung gemacht. Ich habe meine ganzen Ruder meiner WALRUS aus Epoxy mit Baumwollflocken gegossen und sie wurden auch nur Handwarm. Gruss Andreas

Hi Sascha und Markus, die Rudergießmethode mit Baumwollflocken stammt vom Quidde. Machen wir alle so. Einfach Laminierharz von R&G mit Baumwollflocken zu einer gerade noch gießbaren Pampe anrühren, dann rein in die Form. Wie Kofi schon sagte, da wirds nur handwarm. Wenn's zu warm wird, einfach ins Wasser schmeißen. Lothar

Wie Lothar schon sagte, Harz ist das selbe wie für die Formen von R&G. Kleiner Tipp noch, in die Form ein bisschen mehr Harz geben da es ein wenig schwindet bzw. auch noch eventuell Luftbläschen beim Einfüllen mit in die Form kommt, die aber aufsteigen sollten und somit das Harz nachsackt. Moin, danke für die Tipps. Da ich über die Feiertage ein wenig Zeit hatte, habe ich schon zwei Versuche gestartet. Der erste mit Epoxydharz ohne Baumwollflocken ist fehlgeschlagen. Beim zweiten Versuch habe ich dann Polyesterharz verwendetet. Vor dem Zusammenbau der zweiteiligen Form habe ich eine Lage Glasgewebe laminiert und die Form anschließend zusammen geschraubt. Dann mit Harz und Gewebeschnipseln vergossen. Das Ergebnis war sehr gut und ich denke auch stabil genug. Gruß Markus

Hallo Zusammen, nach der oben beschriebenen Methode Epoxi und Baumwollflocken haben wir schon einige Ruder gemacht. Diesmal habe ich die zweiteilige Form in eine Dose gestellt, Hand drauf und mit einem Lappen und einer Folie abgedeckt. Dann mit einem Staubsauger ein Vakuum erzeugt. Das recht dicke Harz ist auch in die Ritzen zwischen den Formhälften gesaugt worden. Kein Luftbläschen zu sehen. Das werde ich auch mit einem laminierten Teil mal probieren.
